Shipping and delivery policy

This policy covers purchases of Altronite's products, Dripcheck and WallCanvas. Both are digital services used online, in a web browser or in our app.

Nothing physical is shipped

We do not sell, print or ship any physical product. Nothing is sent by post or courier, we never ask for a delivery address, and there are no shipping charges. Clothes, wallpaper and murals you see in our products are sold by the shops, brands and artists you deal with, under their own terms.

What you buy

Credits, credit packs and monthly plans that add credits to your account. You use credits to make images in the product: try-on looks in Dripcheck and wallpaper previews in WallCanvas.

When and where you get it

Delivery is online and immediate. As soon as your payment is confirmed, the credits appear in your account and a plan switches on, usually within a minute. You see them in your account on any device where you sign in. Images you make are shown in the product as soon as they are ready, and you can download or share them from there.

If something does not arrive

If your payment went through but your credits or plan did not appear within 15 minutes, email support@altronite.com with the email or phone number you sign in with and your payment reference, and we will fix it.
