Working draft. These terms are published as a working draft and will be finalized (with the effective date, refund policy, liability cap, and jurisdiction below) before the app's public store listing. They reflect how the app actually works today. Items still being confirmed are shown like this.

1. Acceptance

By downloading, creating an account, or using Dripcheck, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app. You must be at least 13 years old to use Dripcheck. Dripcheck is provided by Altronite (a company to be incorporated in India as "Altronite Technologies Pvt Ltd").

2. What Dripcheck is

Dripcheck is an AI-powered styling app. You add a photo of yourself and photos of clothing, and the app generates a photorealistic preview of how an outfit might look on you, and lets you build a digital wardrobe, save looks, and share them.

AI renders are previews, not photographs. They are generated by an AI model to help you decide what to wear or buy. They may not exactly reflect real fit, fabric, colour, size, or drape, and should not be relied on as a guarantee of how a garment will actually look or fit. Dripcheck does not sell clothing and is not affiliated with the brands whose garments you may render.

3. Your account

You are responsible for your account and for the accuracy of the information you provide. Sign-in is handled by our authentication provider. Keep your credentials secure; tell us of any unauthorised use.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of the photos and content you upload.
You grant us a limited licence to store and process your content solely to provide the service to you (generate renders, show your wardrobe, and deliver looks you choose to share). We do not use your content to train AI models and we do not sell it. See the Privacy Policy.
You must have the right to upload what you upload. Only upload photos of yourself, or of people who have consented, and garment images you are permitted to use.
Prohibited content: you must not upload or generate content that is unlawful, sexual or explicit, hateful, harassing, infringing, or that depicts a person without their consent. We use automated content moderation and may reject uploads or outputs, and suspend accounts, to keep the service and our providers' policies safe.

5. Sharing

When you share a look, you make that specific rendered image viewable by the people you share it with (e.g. via a link or WhatsApp). You are responsible for what you choose to share.

6. Credits, plans, and payments

Dripcheck runs on credits. Each render costs credits; some render types cost more (e.g. high-definition renders on the Studio plan cost more credits per render).
Free tier: every account receives a set number of free credits each month (currently 8 per month). Free-tier renders may include a Dripcheck watermark.
Credit packs (one-time): current prices, confirmed at publish — 20 credits ₹249 · 50 credits ₹599 · 80 credits ₹899 · 150 credits ₹1,499. Pack credits do not expire.
Subscriptions: Pro ₹499/month (includes a monthly credit allowance) and Studio ₹999/month (includes a larger allowance plus high-definition renders). Subscription credit allowances refill to the plan cap each month and do not stack; purchased pack credits sit on top and carry over. Plans have clear monthly limits — there is no "unlimited" plan.
Billing: in-app purchases on Android are billed through Google Play Billing; web purchases through Razorpay. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Manage or cancel Play subscriptions in Google Play; web subscriptions as described in-app.
Refunds & cancellations: governed by the billing provider's policy (Google Play / Razorpay) and applicable Indian consumer law. Our own refund policy will be stated here at publication (for example, credits already consumed are non-refundable; subscription cancellations stop future renewals). All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes (GST) unless stated.

7. Acceptable use

Do not: abuse or attempt to defeat credit limits or create multiple accounts to farm free credits; reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the service; use the app for anything unlawful; or upload content that violates section 4. We may rate-limit, suspend, or terminate accounts that break these rules.

8. Intellectual property

The Dripcheck app, brand, and software are ours (or our licensors'). These Terms grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app. Renders you generate from your own content are yours to use, subject to the rights of any garment/brand owners.

9. Availability and changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features. We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update these Terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

10. Disclaimers

The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and that renders will be accurate or match real garments. Styling suggestions and renders are for guidance only.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dripcheck is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for purchasing decisions you make based on a render. A liability cap will be stated here at publication (for example, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim).

12. Termination

You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy for deletion). We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms.

13. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the city to be named at publication (e.g. Bengaluru).
